나는 미국 주도의 침략전쟁에 반대하여 단결한 투쟁적, 진보적인 필리핀 민중을 대표하여 따뜻하고 굳건한 연대의 인사를 드립니다. 한국전쟁을 종식시키고 평화 협정을 체결할 것을 요구하는 한국국민들 및 동지들과 함께 하는 것은 무척 영광스러운 일입니다. 우리 필리핀 시민사회는 미국 정부의 국수주의와 '애국적 행위'라는 이름아래 자행하고 있는 세계화 정책, 세계지배를 위한 전쟁을 규탄하며 강력하게 투쟁하고 있습니다. 우리는 …민족해방운동과 민족자주, 독립을 호소하는 국가 및 제국주의에 반대하는 견해를 가진 지도자들의 이미지를 악마화 하여 테러리스트로 규정하는 것을 강력하게 규탄합니다.
우리 필리핀 민중들과 평화를 사랑하는 전 세계 민중들은 부시와 그의 신보수주파벌의 본질을 간파하고 있습니다. 우리는 초강대국적 지위와 최첨단 대량 살상 무기를 최대한 이용하여 '제국'을 건설하려는 미국의 야망을 꿰뚫어 보고 있습니다.
미국 정부는 중앙아시아에서의 입지를 강화하고, 원전과 원유 공급로를 장악하기 위해 아프가니스탄에 대한 침공을 감행했습니다. 또한 미국은 세계에서 두 번째로 큰 원전을 직접 통제하고, 전 중동 지역을 미국-이스라엘 연합에 종속시키기 위해 이라크에 대한 침공을 감행했습니다. 미국은 아프가니스탄과 이라크 전쟁 중에도 줄곧 테러반대라는 구실아래 필리핀에 미군을 재배치하고, 핵무기 비확산이라는 구실아래 북에 대한 협박을 계속해왔습니다. 우리는 필리핀과 Korea에 대한 미국의 호전적 조치들이 서로 연관되어 있다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 그것은 동아시아 전체에 대한 미국의 헤게모니를 관철하려는 것과 관련되어 있습니다.

미국은 북을 다음 목표로 설정하고 있으며, 한반도의 위기 상황은 한 순간에 전쟁으로 비화될 수 있습니다. 미국은 북에 대한 전격전을 개시하기 위해 남한에 군사 기지를 유지해왔습니다. 그러나 부시와 그의 무법적인 갱들이 아무런 벌도 받지 않고 북에 대해 공격한다면, 이것은 전 세계 평화를 사랑하고 정의를 구현하고자 하는 사람들의 위엄에 커다란 상처로 될 것이다.
우리는 쿠바, 이라크, 팔레스타인과 같은 다른 억압받는 민족들과 함께 미제국주의, 미군과 미국의 핵무기, 경제적 제재에 맞서 단결하여 투쟁할 것입니다. 우리는 민족 자주와 정의, 항구적 평화를 위해 단결하여 투쟁할 것입니다.
한국과 필리핀 민중들은 제국주의에 반대하는 전 세계의 민중들 및 민주적 힘과 민중들의 보내는 지지를 기꺼이 누립시다. 그리하여 우리는 미 제국주의자들에게 다음과 같이 선언합니다. "민중의 분노와 강력한 저항을 정면으로 받아야 할 것임을 명심하라 !"
" 미제국주의자들 이야말로 세계에서 첫째가는 테러리스트이다 !"
" 미군이 점령한 곳은 해방될 것이다 !"

Network in solidarity With the people of the Philippines
From the ranks of the militant and progressive Filipinos united against US-led wars of aggression, I bring you warm, clench-fist greetings of solidarity. It is an honur to be among Korean and friends in solidarity who are demanding an end to the Korean war and a long overdue Peace Treaty. We in the Filipino community stand resolute in condemning the US government's chauvinism, the US' internationalizing of the fasust provisions of the patriot Act and the Us' unleashing of war of domination. We strongly condemn the US ruling…for…weapons of mass destruction against……and for misrepresenting and demonizing as "terrorist" national liberation movements, countries assertive of national independence and leaders who take an anti-imperialist stand.
We Filipinos and peace-loving people of the world see though Bush and his neoconservative clique. we see through their dreams of building an empire by maximizing the use of the sole superpower position of the US, and of course, its high-tech weapons of mass destruction and mass distraction.
The US government has used its war of aggression against Afghanistan to enrich itself further in central Asia and ensure that the sources of oil and oil supply routes are under its central. It has used its second war of aggression against Iraq to gain direct control over the second largest oil reserves in the world and to further subordinate the whole of the Middle East to the vs-Israeli combination. All the time that the Us has been carrying out its war of aggression against Afghanistan and Iraq, it has deployed Us combat troops in the philippines umer the pretext of anti-terrorism and hurting threats against the Democratic people's Republic of Korea under the pretest of pushing nonproliferation of nuclear weapons. We see the hostile acts of the Us against the Filipino and Korean people are interrelated. It has much to do with pushing US hegemony of the whole of East Asia.
…Us strategist see the Philippines as the center of an art with one wing consisting of more developed countries in North east Asia(Japan, southern Korea, Northern korea and China)…wing consisting of the under developed …-rich countries in Southeast Asia. The Us considers the Philippines as its most reliable vantage point because it is the country in Asia that dominates the most-economically, politically and culturally, The Philippines is the best located vantage point for East Asia and reestablishing bases there means access to half of the global trade through the south China seas. The threatening of the DPRK by US imperialist is part of the larger Us plan for economic monopoly and hegemony.
The Us is looking at Korea as one of its next targets and the crisis on the Korean peninsula may result in war at any moment. The Us has retained its military bases in southern Korea in order to launch a blitzkrieg against the DPRK. But if Bush and his bandit gang does this with impunity. it shall suffer grave consequences from peace-loving and justice seeking people of the world.
We along with other oppressed peoples like the Cubans, Iraqis and Palestians stand united
against Us Imperialism, against Us military forces. Us nuclear weapons and economic embargo, We stand united for national independence, justice and enduring peace.
The Korean and Filipino peoples enjoy abundant support from all anti-imperialist and democratic forces and people of the world.
So we say to us imperialist. BE WARE FER YOU WILL BARE THE BRUNT OF PEOPLES WRATH AND RESISTANCE
